Vietnam’s HVAC industry reflects in HVACR Vietnam 2008 exhibition platform
IIR Exhibitions is pleased to announce the 5th staging of HVACR Vietnam 2008, the leading international exhibition on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, air-filtration and purifications systems industry.
Held from 27 to 29 February 2008, at Ho Chi Minh City International Exhibition and Convention Centre (HIECC) in Vietnam, HVACR Vietnam 2008 is co-located with PS Vietnam 2008 and Projects & Infrastructure Vietnam 2008.
Mr. Simon Ng, Group Exhibitions Director said, “Vietnam’s accession into the World Trade Organization (WTO) early this year brings with it a surge of foreign and government investments, especially in real estate and infrastructure. Improvements in living standards, working environment and tourism boom has created the huge demand for energy efficiency and modern heating, ventilation and air-conditioning facilities.”
Added Ms. Sharon Lim, Exhibitions Director, “Among the ASEAN 5, Vietnam’s economy has been fuelled by the expansion of the industrial and service sectors. The growth in agriculture and food industry is also driving higher requirements for refrigeration equipment and cool storage units, especially in Vietnam’s humid climate. The Vietnamese economy is forecasted to accelerate further in 2008.”
The exhibition presents industry professionals with a unique opportunity to meet key industry makers involved in the design and build of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in Vietnam. “HVACR Vietnam 2008 is set to be the main event in Vietnam for industry professionals to expand their business networks,” says Ms. Caroline Watson, Marketing Communications Director, “Rising living standards in Vietnam indicate the strongest demand for HVAC equipment. Cooling equipment growth will continue to outpace heating equipment gains through 2010, reflecting the lower penetration rates of air-conditioning equipment. Room air-conditioners are expected to exhibit healthy gains due to their increasing popularity in Vietnam”
As foreign and government investment in infrastructure, building construction and engineering projects grows, the growth in demand for HVAC equipment for projects across Vietnam is phenomenal. Thus, HVACR Vietnam 2008 is the important platform for manufacturers, businesses and buyers to establish their presence in this buoyant sector.
